DRY IMAGING

Project 1: Radio Mash-ups
Made For: The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV)

I used dry audio from UNLV's student-run radio station called 91.5 The Rebel HD2. I added music and sound effects to the dry audio and created two variations of the radio station.

Variation 1: Throwing Stones - Heavy Metal and Rock Station

Variation 2: Everybody Dance Now - Retro Throwback Station

Project 2: Sports Mash-up

PODCAST

Project: The Greatest Stories Ever Told
In this podcast, three adults reread their high school reading lists. They gather to talk about how they viewed the book in high school, and how they view it now as an adult.
In this episode, Josh, Maurice, and myself (Christine), discussed The Great Gatsby, a book from Josh's high school reading list. Each host had a unique relationship with the book.

Josh: Clearly remembered the book from high school
I (Christine): Read the book in high school, but forgot most of the book
Maurice: The Great Gatsby was not on his high school reading list, so he never read it

Each host interpreted the story based on their experience with the book as a teenager, and their relationship with it now as an adult. At the end of the episode, we discuss whether The Great Gatsby is truly one of the greatest stories ever told.

Note: I edited the entire podcast from 50 minutes to 33 minutes.
